1. Cancellation Policy

Bitz Digitech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) understands that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel or modify their projects. We strive to be flexible and accommodating; however, certain policies are in place to manage cancellations effectively.

1.1 Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice to Bitz Digitech. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be outlined in the project contract and are intended to cover costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

1.2 Development Service Duration

Bitz Digitech offers a 15-day development service, during which clients can evaluate and review the progress of the project. If, for any reason, a client wishes to cancel the project within this initial 15-day period, a prorated refund may be considered at the discretion of Bitz Digitech. ( Cancellation fees Apply )

2. Refund Policy

2.1 No Refund Policy

Bitz Digitech operates on a no-refund policy. Once the initial 15-day development service period has concluded, and the client has decided to proceed with the project, no refunds will be provided for services rendered.

2.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Bitz Digitech may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed to determine eligibility. Factors such as project complexity, resources allocated, and the nature of the cancellation will be taken into consideration.
